Please read and agree to the following "Terms of Use" before downloading and using our UTAU libraries and characters.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using them.

USE OF UTAU VOICE AND CHARACTERS

♦ Copyright belongs to Sybilla Pandemia
♦ Specify the name of the voicebank/character when using. Every work that uses our libraries and/or characters should contain a credit with one of my aliases somewhere. "Sybilla", "Pandemia", "Sybilla Pandemia", "pandemic.neocities.org" etc.
♦ Please use at your own discretion and responsibility to the extent that it does not offend public order or morals.

PROHIBITIONS

♦ Secondary distribution, unauthorized reproduction, tracing, AI Learning
♦ Using Pandemia's voice or character design as "faceclaims"/"voiceclaims" for other characters
♦ Creation of a roleplay account (social media, chatrooms, etc)
♦ Unauthorized commercial use
♦ Malicious use that infringes or may infringe the rights of others, strives to discriminate against someone or a group of people based on nationality, skin, gender, orientation, anything of the sort.
♦ Use on explicitly adult sites

PERMISSION

♦ Use of images included in the voicebank folder for original/cover song videos, thumbnails, wiki profiles
♦ Modification and distribution of oto.ini (Reporting is optional, I'd be happy to use and dsitribute your customized oto.ini, with permission)
♦ Fanfiction. Feel free to upload your own fanfiction, fanart, illustrations, modify original settings, hairstyles, costumes. Shipping/CP at your own risk.
